The objectives of CAP
Improving life style quality and independence through everyday activities and responsibilities by achieving the following objectives:

• stable abstinence from illegal drugs
• education according to individual’s motives and abilities
• employment
• creating new social networks
• quality free time

CAP PARTICIPANTS
The participants are persons with illegal drug abuse problems, and their relatives. The programme is open to individuals from all the country, and there is no age limit. The programme is based on voluntary participation and a list of ground rules which must be accepted by the participants.
